  • All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

  • We prepare products carefully by hand and ensure quality packaging.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

🚚 2. Delivery Time

We deliver across India through trusted courier services.

  • Metro Cities and Other Areas: 8-12 working days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: May take slightly longer depending on location

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to festivals, weather conditions, or courier delays.

📮 3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is FREE on all prepaid orders over ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee ₹50 may apply.

🛑 4. Delays & Unforeseen Issues

While we strive to deliver on time, there may be occasional delays due to:

  • High demand during festivals or sales

  • Courier service issues in specific regions

  • Weather or natural calamities

We’ll always keep you informed in such cases via email or SMS.

📦 5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID and courier name

If the courier returns the package due to:

  • Non-availability of the customer

  • Wrong address

  • Repeated delivery attempts

We will contact you to re-ship (additional charges may apply).
