✅ 1. Eligible Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or broken product

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch

❌ Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds for:

  • Minor variations in size, color, or texture (due to handmade nature)

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners

📦 2. What to Do if You Receive a Damaged/Wrong Product

Please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Email us at support@swadeshichetna.store with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product

  2. Our team will review and confirm within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll offer a free replacement or refund to your original payment method.

🔄 3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
